What does alignment really mean? Leaders often mistakenly think alignment means people agreeing (with him/her or with other teammates) and this isn’t the case. Alignment is when we consider all data and opinions and together agree on a course of action, which takes time and process which most leaders don’t have the patience for and most teams don’t feel they have the “time” for because they are distracted, busy with tasks.
